EndoFlow was founded on a simple observation: endodontists run some of the most sophisticated practices in dentistry, yet the software available to them was designed for someone else — general dentistry platforms retrofitted for the specialty, or legacy endodontic systems built decades ago and left behind by modern technology.

We started EndoFlow to close that gap. The company was founded by a practicing board-certified endodontist, and that clinical perspective shapes everything we build. Every workflow in the platform — referral intake, chairside documentation, insurance estimates, treatment reporting — was designed around how an endodontic practice actually operates, then engineered with the cloud architecture, AI capability, and security discipline that modern healthcare software demands.

EndoFlow is currently in development and being refined in a real, working endodontic practice ahead of general availability. We're onboarding a limited group of founding practices — if you'd like to be one of them, we'd love to hear from you.
